RenKap Approved on the UK Government’s G-Cloud Framework - Once Again!
We’re thrilled to announce that RenKap’s Site Survey Marketplace, has been approved (once again) onto the Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud 14 Digital Marketplace. This makes it easier than ever for local authorities, housing associations, government departments, and other public sector entities to easily procure RenKap directly without having to create a time-consuming and expensive bespoke procurement competition.
Why is RenKap Great for Public Sector Clients?
One of our central government clients recently told us:
“I’ve been trying to procure an ecology survey for 6 months!”
That’s a ridiculously long time and it was due to the fact that this large central government client had to use the existing consultant frameworks to appoint a large consultant to manage and procure the surveying services for the client. By listing on G-Cloud 14, RenKap’s client’s can easily and quickly procure us for their projects.
The framework ensures that all public sector buyers adhere to public sector procurement rules whilst being able to procure innovative and novel tech solutions for their business. These are usually offerings which require bespoke procurement competitions which could otherwise take weeks and months.

- Chose a lot: “Lot 2: Cloud Software”
- Keyword Search: You can find us by searching for any of the following including speech marks:
- “Site Survey” “Due Diligence”
- “Site Survey” “Development”
- “Site Survey Platform”
- Direct Appointment: You will be able to directly appoint RenKap as we are the only Site Survey Marketplace solution
- Auditing Records: Ensure to keep track of how you identified RenKap via G Cloud for auditing purposes in the event that you are asked in the future. The easiest way is to create a word doc of the steps you used and screen shots of what you saw on the Digital Marketplace. You can use these steps here as a guide.
Here's how to Procure RenKap via G Cloud
- Ensure you have a G Cloud Digital marketplace account: Check with procurement
- Read G Cloud’s Guidance: How to award a contract when you buy
- Contact RenKap with your intention to procure us
- Download the Call of Contract: Available here
- Raise a Purchase Order
- Complete the Call of Contract: together with RenKap’s support where required
- Both parties must sign the Call of Contract
- Publish details of the completed contract on Contracts Finder: You can sign in to your account or create an account on Contracts Finder here.
- Get Started
Where there are multiple suppliers for the service you require you will need to review them all and demonstrate why you decided to select your preferred supplier. In our instance you can skip this step as we are the only provider.
How to check if your organisation already uses G Cloud
Before you have your discussions with the procurement team it is recommended to check if your organisation already uses G Cloud and what the typical spend has been recently. You can then have more confidence that they are already aware of how to procure via G Cloud. This can be done as follows:
