Yes we do. We have multiple vetted suppliers and you will receive a minimum of 3 quotes per survey within 5 working days.
Yes we are. We are an approved supplier on thegovernment’s G Cloud platform. This means that you can procure us within days instead of weeks or months. Here is our G Cloud page.
Our T&C’s standardise the contractual mechanism across all of our clients and suppliers. By signing up to our T&C’s you will have a direct contract with RenKap and also a direct contract with every supplier as if you would have appointed them directly.
Via the RenKap platform you will be able to rely on RenKap’s PI and also the PI of each individual supplier. You can see the PI levels in our T&C’s here.
Yes we do. Our T&C’s ask for each of our vetted surveyors to provide their prices including at least one Letter of Reliance. More can be purchased for an additional fee at a later stage and you will need to discuss this with your surveyor.
Yes definitely, if you have specific requirements just let us know – however we have the best Scope of Services in the industry for every survey, so this is rarely needed. They were written by our Founder, who is a Fellow of the RICS and they are fully compliant with British Standard & RICS guidelines.
Additionally, this is an area we are always monitoring and improving with every project that we do.
Once you become a client you will have access to all our scope of services. Before that point, we are happy to share a few examples for some of our surveys.
Yes you can. You can invite any suppliers onto the platform – all they have to do is pass our thorough PQQ process and they’re in. It’s completely free for them and they will get access to all of our clients.
Here is the link they will need to register on our platform. They will be asked to complete our PQQ through this process.
We really pride ourselves on the quality of our suppliers, and for this reason we have put together what we think is the industry leading PQQ process – written by our Founder who is a fellow of the RICS and worked for Arcadis in the procuring and tendering of £200m+ schemes. They are RICS & British Standard best practices – we are confident in our vetting process and some would say it’s overkill, but we just really want to ensure the best quality from our suppliers.
We have 2 PQQs
- Core PQQ – For generic business information including; Insurance levels, history, financial stability, Directors etc. &
- Service specific – all suppliers will have to do a service specific PQQ for each service they provide.
We track all this data on our platform and we get prompted in advance when insurance etc. are close to expiring meaning we always have up to date and compliant records.
Once you become a client you will have access to all our PQQ information. Before that point, we are happy to share a few examples for some of our surveys. Just a book in a short demo with one of our experts.
We like to keep things simple, our pricing works as follows:
- A subscription for platform access for the whole year
- A platform management fee on any surveys instructed
