Quality and compliance built in
Every surveyor within the RenKap marketplace is pre-qualified under BS PAS 91 and RICS best practice.
Surveyors must maintain live professional indemnity insurance and pass regular quality audits. Surveyors each get a Uber style rating and any underperforming surveyors are removed to ensure quality and great outcomes for clients throughout.
